St. Jude Children's Research Hospital
Members of MCA of Memphis designed St. Jude Research Hospital’s HVAC and life support systems for efficiency and design, reducing the usable space to one-third of the area taken up by previous mechanical systems.
Memphis Zoo/Northwest Passage
This $20 million dollar project under construction at the Memphis Zoo will encompass 5 acres upon completion in 2006. The exhibit, "Northwest Passage," features custom HVACR and plumbing life support systems to simulate an environment suitable for artic wildlife such as polar bears, grizzly bears, seals and sea lions.
MedTronics
The heating and cooling system at Medtronic designed by members of MCA of Memphis is a Web-based application accessible from many locations, which allow buildings to communicate and regulate indoor climates, saving service technicians time and money when replacing parts and motors.
